Our visits ensure that your home maintains that ‘lived in’ look.

For your peace of mind we vary the times we visit, so it is not predictable for any unwelcome interest.

We use unmarked cars, keep our arrival and departure low key, and avoid parking in the same place.

On your return

Please text, telephone or email us as soon as possible to let us know that you have arrived home safely.

If you are delayed please text or telephone us and we will continue to visit until you are home.

Keys

All clients keys that are held by HappyCat are securely locked away. They are only identified by a reference number and not with your name and address.

Keys will be returned to you (if requested) two to three days after you have contacted us to say you are back home. We never leave keys in your house at the end of a booking in case you are unavoidably delayed.
